Wondering if anyone knows of a good skimmer that could fit in the back of a JBJ 12 gallon Nano Cube.
I know that oceanic makes one for their bio cube is this model any good, or is there another brand that will work better and fit inside the back chambers?

sapphire aquatics makes a skimmer that fits in the 2nd rear chamber. I have one from my 24 and love it.

It's not worth it to use a skimmer on a tank this small. I've treid it many times and while you may get alittle gunk everynow and then it's not worth to spend the money on a skimmer.
Just run chempure and phosban. It's "better" and you'll get the same results.
Also it's better to do more frequent water changes.

Will this be sufficient enough for an SPS tank.

I personally like using a skimmer on an sps nano. You could probably get by without one, but I wouldn't do it if it were my tank. I don't know what skimmers will fit inside the tank, but I know the two Deltec skimmers will fit, but they hang off the back. You can check my build thread for some pictures and opinions about the Tunze 9002 and Deltec MCE300.

sapphire aquatics does. Generation 2. The Gen 3's just came out and don't have a 12g gen 3 yet. Give nanotuners a call, they should have some in.

I have the gen2 on my 24, and love it. It just came out about 6 months ago.
And yes, the lid completely closes.
