Need help!!! Corals wont grow!!!

i am also starting to see some (very little) red slime algae growth in the tank over few rocks and glass.
is that a big concern?

Sounds like you've got some Cyano bacteria growing. Check your phosphate and nitrate levels. Get all of the algae off your colors as it is only harming them and that's why you are not seeing any growth. Try and siphon out as much as you can.

check water flow and increase as red slime loves stagnant water.
as far as the corals, need more info. water params is a good start and type of corals, lights etc.
