New 6055's, grease on impeller/shaft

Hello,

I searched, but to no avail.

I just picked up a pair of 6055's and there is some grease/silicon on the impeller shafts (and of course on the inside of the impellers).

Is this to be expected or does it need a thorough cleaning or ???

They do a dry test run at the factory, it is vaseline, it won't hurt anything. If an excessive amount is present it can cause some noise and on the 6025/6045 it can cause them to run backwards.
