Do these guys like ALOT of flow or just moderate? Mine shows growth but was wondering if it will speed up with more flow?

I've got 2 different birdsnests placed in moderate flow, and both are doing well. I've seen photos before where the intensity of the flow alters the growth pattern. One of my local club members has a birdsnest where the tips grew pointed down because it was next to a powerhead.

I keep mine in moderate flow. In higher flow they have less polyp extension and don't do as well IME.
