SE Phoenix 250W

I have heard about this coming out in the market... Has it yet? As well if you have already tried it, what are your first impressions, or better yet... if scientific data has been done please point me there or post... thanks!

think pho 14k SE came out about 2months ish ago.
Friend got it on lumenbright mini reflector and fired by icecap ballast.
after burned for 100hrs+, colors looks like white w/ blue tint
almost like pho 14k DE on HQI don't have par meter so dun excatly
know but Sanjay's data shows it has high par.
Hopefully others would chime in, too
