fish for a 3 gallon pico

just wanted to ask ya'lls opinion on what fish would do the best in my 3 gallon pico tank, i was looking at the black cap basslet but im not sure it will work in that tank.

shrimp goby pair would work, I believe.

I wouldn't try a black cap - too prone to jumping, and they really need more space. What about a nice Trimma goby? One species is bright red, maybe an inch and a half long full grown.
