URGENT!!! Help Please with Regal tang wound

I was noticing a bad wound on top of my Regal tang and in two days it got worst I can almost see through it, so I caught it and put it in my smaller FOWLR tank.
I am going to treat her and see if I can help her at all.

Any idea, also any idea why is it happening?

Theres a product called Bio-Bandage that could help the wound you are describing.

Couldn't wait for response so went out and bought the MelaFix for Marine aquariums from "Aquarium Pharmaceuticals".
Will see if there is any improvement in next few days.
