hey everyone i got a 12 head piece of this green with yellow and purple acan really sharp i was wondering what the growth rate of these are? if anyone could shed some light it would be more than appreciated.

Depends on your tank, in my tank they're pretty slow but in my uncle's (acan collector) they just blow up and keep dropping heads. Its only takes a few weeks for his acans to start growing but forever in mine! Hope that helps, Wiz ;)

They will grow faster if you feed them vs not feeding. I feed mine about three times a week. I have a newer colony that has just grown three new polyps after about three weeks. They will grow without feeding, but much slower. Post some pics if you can. Would love to see it.
