Sick Zoos, help please

I have really no idea what is causing them to do this. Params are good and all of my other Zoos are doing fine. All of the zoos were added at the same time and have added many heads. This one only started off as three, has grown two and is now looking like this.

I have no idea.

looks like they are about to expel some poo, they should be fine.
