keeps falling off

One of my MP40W kept falling off lastnight. I finally gave up after it fell off the third time and went to bed. I don't know why after a couple months of not falling, it is dong this now. My tank is 1/2" acrylic on the sides. Can I change the setting on the spacer from 1/2" to 5/8"???

This should be an easy fix for EcoTech Marine. I had the same issue and the company send me new ceramic bearing and drive shaft. These parts are less than the size of a penny. So far so good. The wetside has not fallen off since replacing the parts. Just be sure to have the ceramic bearing sit flush against the wet frame. Mine was not all the way in at first and the wetside fell off until I corrected it. Good luck.

I have the same problem. I am communicating with them via email due to my work schedule. So far, it sounds like they have things under control.
