Best ballast for 250w HQI Phoenix Bulbs

So I know the m80's are the best hqi ballasts but what are the m80 options? PFO and Blue Wave or are there others? So far i plan on going with the blue wave 7's.

Aquamedic is another. I use the dual blue wave 7 and have zero complaints about it. Has been reliable so far, and dead silent.
