new membrane tds level 12 ppm

hi,

i just resetup my ro unit from years ago..all new cartridges from brs....

i am getting around 12 ppm on the tds meter on water exiting the membrane...

is this correct or should it be closer to 0???

should remove 96-98 % of the TDS from the water . We would need to know the incoming TDS to figure that out.

If it is high the most common cause is low water pressure going into the membrane so i'd check that.
