Clip on fan on tank for Tek Lights?

I need a cheap fan set that I can clip onto the Tek Light fixture or on the tank to blow under the lights. Right now I have a standing fan blowing across the tank.

Can anyone suggest some sort of fan from Home Depot or Lowes if there's such?

I got a little white clip on fan that works well for me at walgreens.

Just go to Walmart or Home Depot and find a little clip on fan.....no biggie.
