anyone with a mixed tank getting good sps growth without using carbon?
Certain sps in my tank don't seem to grow while others put on daily visible growth. I'd like to think it's flow or something, but I have green Briarium covering almost half the tank, which I've been meaning to remove. Is there reason to suspect Briarium could release growth inhibiting chemicals?
I no not use carbon and would like to keep it that way unless I have no choice. I would like to hear from sps keeps who also have the rogue softy which have success without using carbon.
