I've done business with Drs. Foster & Smith for years, but your switch to FedEx Smart Post as your standard means of shipping is just unacceptable. It used to be that I would receive my order in 3 days with the base shipping. With my most recent orders it's taken 8+. Upgrading shipping to the next step up (which is what the base rate use to be) doubles the shipping cost.

I know as a company saving money on shipping costs is important, but when you do it at the expense of customer satisfaction, you loose business. I know I'm not the only one who has expressed their aggravation over this change.

You have great customer service, but I'm not sure that's enough to make up for the sub-par shipping.

Thank you for your post. We sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction with FedEx Smartpost. We utilize FedEx, SmartPost, UPS, and USPS for our standard ground service deliveries. Delivery time frames are quoted as 4-7 business days for all methods. Please PM us with your order or customer number so that we can look into the delivery delays that you have experienced.
