I'm hoping to get some input on some different coral options I could add to my tank. I'm running a 30g tank with a reef octopus skimmer and a nova extreme x2 T5 lights. I currently have two zoa's, a torch coral, aussie duncan and a leather. I'd like to add some more color to my tank. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am thinking about getting a sun coral (turbastra??). Any thoughts on that? All input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm open to anything. I'd like to add some more vibrant colors to the tank. I'm kinda new to all this, I've had my tank up and running for about 8 months now and its going great. I've looked at adding a sun coral, or maybe a candy cane? Just looking for some suggestions because I'm not familiar with everything that is out there. Thanks!

I'd go with some acans,folded/open brains and some scolys. I have all these types of corals in my nano and it's very colorful! There are a bunch of different colors you can get that would work with your tank. It also depends on your budget as well :) Softies are cool too! I have a green nepthea that I love and it glows a nice florescent green!

Thanks for the ideas! I'll have to read about those corals. I'm not too familiar with them.
In regards to the sun coral. Does anyone have any advise on keeping those? I'm seriously considering adding one to my tank. I've read they can be difficult to keep, due to the challenge of feeding all the polyps. Any thoughts on that? THanks!
Turbastreas are really colorful corals but just be aware that they need to be target fed I would highly suggest the candy canes there are some yellow versions that are much brighter than sun corals and they dont need to be target fed. +1 with the acans, and open brains you could also try some favias, mushrooms and zoos they are all hardy and colorful corals.
