apex update error

I skipped the first apex update and tonight I downloaded the 090811 bundle. I have net framework 3.5 sp1. Followed the instructions in the readme, updated the firmware to apex4 without error.

The problem came when I went to "Update web pages"

I got an error that it couldn't connect, so I tried it again and now I get this
"The remote server returned an error: (413) Error."

now when I go to http://apex I cannot see under the configuration and xml tabs.

ok, I got it to update, at least I think so. The blue progress bar filled up and "ready" appeared in the lower corner of the window.

guess it is done ??

I still have the problem of not being able to get back into configuration or xml. I never used the xml yet, but I can guarantee I've seen under the configuration tab many times, I started with firefox and then limited connections, then I tried IE, neither show and java under the connect.

come to think of It I believe I got a new java update a few days ago for firefox. Not sure, maybe this info can help someone figure it out.

Did you update web pages after updating firmware? Not that order is important but the controller could have been in the process of rebooting when you started the web page update and that caused the issue.
