MP 40 need help

MP 40 w came off the glass tonight, The shaft appeared to be jammed. I cleaned the wet side and it was working well, but it appears to be stuck in a pulse mode where the lights changes from blue to green every second, I like to get it back to the reef mode ( yellow light) but have been unable to make the change, My instruction manual got wet and the pages have all stuck together, Can you please provide a step by step approach to reprogram this pump. PS I love this pump, had it now for 8 months with no problems. Thanks
