Placed order over a week ago

just wondering how long it usually takes to ship and order. I called on the 7th, and was told if I ordered that day it would be out by monday. Well its been over a week, and havent got an e-mail telling me its shipped. I got confirmation that the 170$ went through that day, but nothing else.

Just wondering if something went wrong?

P.S. there is no answer when i call, the phone goes into a fax line.
