Zoa ID, but can't upload jpeg?

I need a zoa Id and can't upload my jpeg files. How to I change to an acceptable file. Tiff, Gif, and bmp don't seem to be acceptable either.

you can not upload from your computer directly..you need to put it on a site like photobucket and then copy and paste the img code into your post...hth
