Grow light fixtures

Poking around on the internet I found the following t-5 HO grow light fixtures for greenhouses.

These seem to be quite cheap compared to aquarium T-5 fixtures. If I were to change out the bulbs would these be usable? Thanks in advance.

it may not be a bargin after you replace all the bulbs....and they dont specify that they have individual reflectors... i would stick with TEK lights for growing flowers or coral.
