The large pill you have treats 380 gal so half the pill is your dosage.

1/2 pill for every 100 gallons IMO. dont hurt yourself measuring it. for that tank I would just use a full pill and call it good.

Depends on which treatment you use. Dorton's is .035 g per 10 gals.

Borneman states " Treatment dosage appears to flexible, if not variable. Given the apparent low toxicity to corals even at elevated dosages, I would suggest a dose level equal or higher (up to 10x) than suggested by Dorton. Dorton suggestes three separate treatments of six hours. Upon examination of treated colonies, six hours appears to be insufficient for a 100% kill rate, while 12 hours seems to be more effective. In the one test where coral mortality was observed, the treatment time was only six hours, and in all other tests, no ill effects to the coral were seen with extended treatment times. It appears that time, and not dosage level, is the critical variable towards providing 100% kill rates for the copepods."

I was gonna say at least twice the recommended dosage. I use a 1/4 of a pill in a 5 1/2 gallon dip tank for newly acquired frags. I let them sit for 6 hours and haven't had a problem in the last two years.

after dosage do your colonies have non-polyp extension

Did you do at least a 25% water change and run carbon? You cna lose allot of pods which could cause increased ammonia levels

Most people get better polyp extension after treatment. I would definately do the water changes. I didn't, just carbon and after a week of running a good amount of carbon I put a couple "test" blue leg hermits in and they died.
