Too much temp swing?

I have a new Maxima in my 24 gallon. My tank doesn't have any swings exept for temperature because I have the fan come on with my MH. Will a 2-3 degree temperature swing stress the clam out?

2-3 degree swing is OK IMO. Mine go from 80 to 83 daily
