Shrimp vs Shroom

Ok so i bought the most expensive mushroom ive ever bought, fifty bucks, but it was a sick looking shroom. I think my pepermint shrimp made a meal of it last night, looks like the mouths is gone. ANyone ever have this problem with pepermint shrimp?

Yes. Sometimes they go for corals. I don't trust them anymore.

Sucks they never went for any of my others just this expensive shroom and I'm quite sure it's dead

what kind of shroom was it?

not really sure what the exact kind it was, but had a nice green center with a bunch of other colors on the outside. i didnt even have a chance to get a picture of it.

Im assuming they cant live once the mouth is gone?
