Greetings- I bought a used pair Tunze 6101. One of my power supply units is not working. However, the red light is still on. I already tested the powerhead and it is working properly. I was wondering if it is something loose that I can repair it myself or what should I do? please, helps..thanks

The jumper that is positioned over the red LED may be bad or loose. I would try swapping the jumper and check that it is properly inserted. There is nothing else that could be repaired.

Thanks. I will try it as soon as I get home today and will post it if it works.

Roger, I swapped the jumper but still not working. I also checked any loose end with the cables. Everything is tight and fit but still nothing happens. What should I do? is it repairable?

It isn't repairable but it should be under warranty, as long as it didn't get wet, if you send it in, we will replace it free of charge.

Roger, if not too much troubles and I am willing to pay extra if you can get me one of the sliding piece with hinge that connect the powerhead to the magnet. mine has a crack in it, just dont want the powerhead to fall off. I also need a little circular rubbers that attach at the four corner of the magnet. some of them has already fallen off. Please pm for the cost and I will send it in along with the power supply unit. Thank you very much, Jeffrey
