Wet side keeps falling off?

I have purchased 2 mp40w in the last few months and one of them keeps having the wet side fall off.

I have made sure it is aligned well and the I have it set to 3/8" for my tanks glass, but it won't stay on longer than a day or so. This problem just started this week.

My tank is in the basement so I don't see this happen, I just go down and see the wet side laying on my corals.

Please let me know what to do about this, thanks.

I should also add that this is the second mp40w i purchased and if you look at the prop when its spinning you can see that it has a wobble to it, has since day 1 but haven't had any other issues with it. The other mp40w in the tank doesn't have the wobble.
