Would a yellow head jawfish be compatible with a canary wrasse (aka yellow coris wrasse) in a 90 gallon tank?
A possible concern I had was that the wrasse's burrowing could clash with the jawfish's den.

I have 6 wrasse including a yellow coris and had a bluespot jaw burrow all over the place, never had any problems with them in my 120.
the jawfish burrow and use pebbles/rocks and push sand around, whereas the coris just dove into the sand at night to sleep.

Cool.. They both sound like awesome fish. Sounds like you got a nice setup there.
I've got followup questions.
The wrasse is ok diving into the different grades of sand? I know they prefer the finer stuff.
Also, do you still get the nitrate reducing benefits of a DSB with mixed sand grades and the jawfish moving everything around? Any drawbacks?
