Outlet Problems...

I am having a LOT of problems setting up my Apex Controller!!!!!!

I was finally able to hook up the Internet, and create programs for all the outlets, But I seem to be having "Power failures" ALL the time! My lights are staying off, I have to plug my return pump in to a wall socket, and my vortech cant power up...

My Vortech pump had to be moved the the higher volt outlet (4 or 8) and my return pump (Maxi-jet 4500 utility pump) does not seem to be able to turn on...

Any help with this would be much appreciated!

I should also say that the lights I am running is an 8 bulb t5 sunlight supply fixture with 2 plugs for two pairs of 4 bulbs.

What I get most of the time is the whole unit almost restarting every minute or so. All the pumps, fans, and lights continue to shut off and then turn back on.

Bobby, email Curt support@neptunesys.com (I think that's the address) and he will sort you out. Sounds like you have old firmware. I had the same problem when I first unpacked mine and once we got the FW updated it's been fine.
