I have a 150 gallon 60"x24"x24" tank. 12 inch high canopy. I have PFO 250 dual HQI ballast to go the metal halide route. Or one 660 ballast and 2 Triad ballasts to power 8 - 48" T5 bulbs with Reef Geek Reflectors.

Which of the two options would you recommend for this tank?

What is the best MH reflector and bulb combination to use with the Dual 250 V PFO HQI ballast? Radium 20 K will work with this ballast right? Any other recommendations? LumenMax Elite? If so, how high above tank water level to get 24 to 30 inch spread?

Would going with 4 x 48" T5 bulbs on Ice Cap 660 ballast centered, and 4 x 48" T5 bulbs on Triads be enough light for this tank?

I want to be able to grow SPS, LPS, Clams, and fish.

Thanks

Anyone?

What single ended 14 k/20 k mogul bulb do you recommend running on an HQI PFO ballast (M80 I think).

What reflector will work in a 60 " x 24 " deep x 12 " high canopy? I wanted to squeeze some T5's in there also if possible with 2.5 " wide reflector. Will LumenMax Elite work?

One more try for advice? Is there a better forum to ask this question?
