Bongo Shrimp

I just got a half dollar sized green filefish for my seahorse tank. I also plan on adding a pair of bongo shrimp to the mix eventually. Do you think I will need to get rid of the small green filefish in order for the shrimp not to be eaten? Or would they be safe?
