chalice care

hi guys my chalice has been losing its flesh but the mouth seems to be doing ok. is there anyway for me to cure this? all my other chalice are doing well and i tested my waters and everything is good. please help! :(

Resolve its problem and it can recover. Recession is often the result of an issue with light (too much or too little), flow (too much or too little) and / or water quality. You don't specify any of those parameters, so it's hard to guess.
