what could be wrong with my frogspawn?

I have noticed the past two days, after I made some adjustments to the flow in my tank, that my frogspawn has one of its mouth fully exposed. It is not as inflated as it usually is, and the mouth stays exposed most of the time, except if I feed it somemithg, only then does the mouth close. but after a few minutes, the mouth is back out. I thought the change of flow has bothered it, but I readjusted the flow several times now, and the moouth is still out and it is not as poofed up as before. the frogspawn has 3 big mouths, and the other two are not exposed, but the tentacles stay mostly deflated.

what could be wrong?
