Im inquiring because I just bought 8/19 and delivered 8/25 a new ro/di unit and 3lb of HC GFO from you. Are you able to send me these specials since I just purchased the qualifying items last week? My order number is #16274

I don't think they will. I just ordered the Spartan ro/di 8/28 and received it today 9/02, and the special offer then was a float valve. I would have rather gotten the sediment filters than a float valve I wont use.

It is difficult to extend specials back in time 2 weeks . Before ya know it month long specials end up two month long specials that generate more refunds on previous purchases than they generate new sales and the special doesn't make sense. I did receive your email on this a few days ago and responded with a possible solution . If you didn't receive it you might want to check your spam folder.
