Echinata and Turaki Flow ?'s

I've had my Turaki near the Vortech for a couple months. Not seeing much growth or PE. I decided to move it to a moderate flow area.

I'm trying an Echinata in that location now instead. Thought? I saw decent PE after first moving it.
