These guys sat on DD for ever and were cheap by most wrasse standards so I finally ordered them and they really are a beautiful fish. I was impressed by the coloration and surprised that nobody picked them up sooner. Your loss :). I will take a few pics this eve and try to post them later tonite.

according to DD its still undesribed. Although I though I saw them under another name but from a specific region.

I am looking at Kuiter's book on wrasses and the photos given for the KwaZulu wrasse has a black tail spot on it. I don't see the same spot on your fish. Maybe you have a larger sub adult or possibly C. condei or C. earlei in a large juvenile coloration.

I thought this fish was originally on DD as possibly a Kenyan Condei Wrasse, but then was changed to Cirrhilabrus sp. Kwazula.
