DC8 and loose AC Receptacle

My DC has several AC receptacles that are 'loose' where the AC plug just doesn't make very good contact. Can I open up the DC8 and tweak the receptable to make better contact? Anyone else have this problem?

Don't try opening the DC8. I've not had the problem you describe with the DC8 in particular but when I hit a simular issue with other AC outlets I usually just slightly bend the plug itself and that makes the connection tighter (note; ever so slightly, it doesn't take much).
