Hi Augusto,
My tank is 120 x 40 x 40 and I run 1 sunsun 3000 l/h + 1 5000 l/h + return and I think 2 5000 l/h powerheads it' s perfect.
T5 actinics + MH 14k, I think is good. I don't know the cost T5 bulbs in Agentina, but here in Brazil it's almost impossible to run only T5 ligthing . Here, it's about US$ 100 / US$ 120 a 54w ATI or giesemann.
Wich sand bed you will use?
One more question:
What happend with Don Diego team yesterday?

In Argentine the cost of t5 bulbs is u$S 40 aprox.
What is better ?
10x54 w T5 VHO
2x250w MH + 2 T5
Solatube 2 + 4 t5 vho ?
Leds + t5 vho ? Can they give me some information of which to buy led lighting ?

Cant help you with the lights but I think you need more flow in a tank that size.

You're going to want more than 1 powerhead-it's just a lot easier overall to flow right with 2 than with 1.

I think that your skimmer is designed to run outside of your sump. It is a recirculating design. The outflow pipe will need to be high enough to flow back into your sump, so you may need to put it up on a box to get it to the right height.
Good luck with your project!
