I have had breeding tanks set up for around three years now. They are approximately 15 gallons (small) and up to 20 gallons (large). I have previously spawned my tomato clowns and raised a few clutches in the past. However, since I have set up these tanks I have not had one single pair spawn yet. I have three pairs of maroon clowns in my larger tanks, one pair of true percs in a small tank, and four pairs of occellaris in small tanks. I feed them regularly and keep my water in good condition. Are the tanks I am using to small to breed my clowns in? Also anyone have any other suggestions to bring on spawning? I already keep my temp at around 81 all day. I have my light cycle on for 12 hours, and I feed fairly heavily. None of the fish can see into the other tanks either.

I'd turn the heat up more and feed 2 times a day. Try brine shrimp / mysis / cyclopleeze. Abundant food is the big thing. Stable environment as well.
