MP10 on which end of tank?

I have a 33 gallon long tank. 48 inches long with an internal overflow in one corner.

Should I put the MP10 on the tank's end with the overflow, or on the opposite end?

It shouldn't matter too much, I would go with wherever the dry side will be more inconspicuous. If either side is the same, then the side facing the overflow would more easily allow detritus to move toward it and then into the sump.
