I would like to use the OSC command for my Cal, Alk, and Kalk.
It there a way to tell it when to start? I would like to start the Cal at 1:00, the Alk at 1:30, the Kalk at 1:45.
I understand the OSC 015/225 on/off Cal ON part will turn the pump on for 15 minutes then off for 225 minutes, but how can I tell it when to start?

You could set up dummy timers like CAS for Ca start or something and define that like your lights for time on and time off. Then use your osc command as you stated and a line that tells your doser to be OFF if CAS is OFF. I personally use 2-part dosing and just run based on time commands. I use a stop command for Alk to quit dosing if pH gets over 8.40 for safety. I dose at 7ml/min on both Ca and Alk and the tank has ran great this way for over 2 years. Parameters stay very stable.

Thanks!
How much of each 2 part in ml do you dose a day?

Without meaning to come across as smart-assed.... that info would be useless to you. His tank is almost 3x the size of yours, and his livestock mix is likely different too - his Ca & alk demands will be quite different from yours. You need to determine the proper amount of 2-part supplements to dose solely based on chemistry tests on *your tank*. JDieck's Reef Chemistry Calculator (http://home.comcast.net/~jdieck1/chemcalc.html) will be of immense value in this endeavor.

I agree but for some reason I tend to use alot more Alk then cal, so just thought I would ask! The benefit of these forums are for info sharing among thos in the hobby. Just was trying to get a data point.
I am fully aware of the calculator and use it on a regular basis.

And sorry.... I didn't realize you wanted it as a point of comparison of consumption rates. I've seen too many people ask the same question with the intention of using that info as basis to dose their own tank. :( I shoulda looked at your sig before I opened my big mouth.

Mine actually runs nearly identical useage. I dose Ca for 1hr 15 min a day and Alk for 1hr 10 min a day. Basically, I go through a gallon a week of each (use empty IO buckets with maxijets in them for make-up and stirring while dosing - overly conservative I know, but helps me know when things are low, I can hear the splashing before I run out -so I only have to make more once every 4 weeks or so). I do the dosing of Alk twice at night once at midnight and once at 5AM keeps my pH pretty constant.
