I'm looking to order some New Life Spectrum pellets and not sure if I want the ones for medium fish or small fish. The medium are supposed to be 1mm which I think is what I have been using. Small at .34mm seems very small, like sand. Is anyone feeding the small size and liking it better?

Get the 1mm unless your fish are under 1.5-2 inches long. For my Coral Beauty and Maroon Clown 1mm is perfect.

I bought the smaller ones. Yikes! It's like dust  Unless you have really small fish, the 1mm is great.

I bought the 1mm to mix in when I made a batch of my homemade food, but I feed the 3mm pellets to my reef tank now. The largest fish is probably the yellow tang, but since I soak them for a few minutes first all of my fish can eat them even though some of them aren't that big.

I like the new 2mm pellet. The 1mm just keep feeding my overflow :D

I use both the 1mm and the .34 mm. The .34 mm is indeed very small, but since I've seen my red scooter blennies (dragonets) eat it (but not the larger pellets), I'll keep it in the mix.
