Just picked up some corals from a local and after putting them in my QT Im seeing little black bugs. They look just the same as red bugs just Black. Anyone ever have these before ?? I tried interceptor which didnt even slow them down I hate to pitch them in the round file but it looks like I might

Any advise is helpful

On an Acro? Were thse corals from a local that just tore down their tank by chance????

Im not saying right now till I find out what they are I have googled them and they seem to like montis but yes they are on acros as well ..

I hope you QT !!! This is why I do :)

I know that Interceptor will kill the ones that live on montis FWIW.

Ya I have everything in QT right now. Keeping a close eye.

I've had them on montis before but never on my acros. At least that I noticed. Interceptor did take care of them.

I still do not see any bugs on my new stuff. I am pertty sure our corals came from the same sorce. The large monti and rock with blue zoas I got are covered in these jet black vermiculated snails where there is not coral growth. but no sign of bugs on any tissue. I hope that is what you are refering to.
