I prefer frozen over pellets, and hate flake food.
If I remember, the problem with pellets is the bonding agent. Someone else can specify.

I like to feed mine a variety. I will feed different types of food each time. Be sure a read up on the fish that you are keeping to make sure that you're providing them with the appropriate diet. I feed a variety of frozen foods, pellets, blood worms, flakes and I also keep a veggie clip for the Tangs. I've noticed that the other fish and even the crabs hit the veggie clip now.

oh i feed many types of food and switch it up every feeding... i might not of been 100% clear on my question
what iam wanting to know is from people who have used the frozen version of ocean nutrition formulas 1 or 2 or prime reef compared to the flake or pellet versions of the same foods... do you like the frozen version or not.. do your fish like the frozen version or not

I feed daily and I noticed that when I fed more dry food like pellets or nori seaweed my algae problems got a bit better. Also my fish started to get tail rot when I was feeding only frozen food but once I started to introduce different food and mixed it up they all got better. I prefer dry food.

Variety is the key.
