Deworming Leopard Wrasse

I have 2 in my 75g reef tank. One I've had for over a month, and one I just got today. Both are eating frozen foods. The first one looks a bit thin. Is prazipro the way to go? I am kind of afraid of using it in my reef... Is there any type of frozen food for internal parasites?
