I bought a used icecap 660 from a member of this site a couple weeks ago. I just got the endcaps and standoffs tonight along with some uused bubs from a friend tonight and i wired the system up. When I plug the ballast in, it fires the lights for only a second then turns right back off. It'll do this every time I plug it in, but if I leave it plugged in it starts to smell like it's burning up.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions. I'm so upset right now.
