View Full Version : Zoas growing on my clam

I believe it is a maxima, but i have some zoanthids beginning to grow up on the side of my clam. When its extruded out of its shell soaking up light it just folds over the zoas so it looks like its not being bothered. I just wasnt sure if the zoas would start growing or interacting with the clams inner tissue. Thanks to whoever can offer me some info about this!

You have a crocea. My maximas have aiptasia on their shells and some even at the rim and touching the mantle but the clams seem to be immuned from their sting.
