I suggest...

A pair of regal angel
A pair of multicolor pygmy angel
and a copperband butterfly.

If you put in one pomacanthus or holocanthus, you still have space to add a bunch of butterflies.

There are common hardier butterflies (aurgia, racoon, heniochus, kleins, falcula, long nose) you could choose from, or the most pricer but also hardier butterflies.. from golden to the tinkeri complex butterflies.

Eitherway, MAX im' looking at is 1 angel + 3-4 butterflies + a couple of damsel/clowns/ditherfish
