Back ups for private messages has been enabled for all users. Please back up the messages you need to hang on to and clear out your in, sent and tracking folders.

I cleared all mine, but it still says I have 17 messages..??? Any ideas?? Thanks

Make sure it is set to see messages "from the beginning"
There is a box in the upper left hand corner to select that. Also check your sent and tracking folders, delete those too.

Did all that, and on the home page in the left side under private messages it still says 17 messages....??? Inbox, sent and tracking all says no messages.
