I don't know what this is...but it's been like this for over a week now at least and it seems like it's getting worse. At first I thought it may have been a scrape against a rock or a sting from my frogspawn...it looks kind of like a sunburn that's making his skin peel or something. It has a couple areas where it has lifted up and turned into bubbles or boils if you will. Should I be concerned and is there any medication I should be treating it with if it is fungus or something possibly?

Here is a picture I just took...excuse the funny shape...it's the closest thing I had to a circle in photo shop.

He's eating perfectly fine and all...I just don't want the unmentionable to happen one day out of nowhere.

I'm not sure what it is. From the picture it doesn't look too bad. I think a coral sting is a good guess. I'd watch him closely, make sure he is eating, be sure water quality and temperature are stable, and keep feeding. If it gets worse, isolate the fish and consider treatment (but you will need an idea of what it is before you treat). It's not uncommon for injured/stressed fish to develop secondary bacterial infections, so that's a possibility. But don't start any treatment unless you need to.
