Just to doublecheck for a six foot long 240 should i order the 320 pound (two 160s) or the 160 pound container of sand.

Sorry for the slow response. with MACNA prep, travel and attending the show I somehow missed this.
Our 40Lb sand will cover ~2sq ft at 2.5"-3"

I hope that helps? we'd need to look at your second dimension to come up with a complete answer (30"? maybe)
